Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Workforce Planning team, you will help build our planning function from the ground up. You will transform complex operational data into actionable insights, partner with business leaders to understand their needs, and develop the tools and dashboards that drive critical decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how we forecast and manage our most valuable resource: our people.

• Transform multi-source operational data into planning inputs
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to define needs
• Build tooling and data products for self-service analytics
• Establish and track key performance metrics
• Develop data pipelines and forecasting models (Focus Area 1)
• Create dashboards and KPI frameworks (Focus Area 2)
