Business Analytics Intern

As a Business Analytics Intern with the Client & Customer Experience team, you will support critical analytical work that drives strategic improvements in customer and associate experience. You will develop business cases, leverage data to solve complex problems, and present compelling insights to influence future strategy.

• Develop business cases evaluating options and assessing costs/benefits
• Leverage data to solve business problems through analysis and insight generation
• Identify business opportunities using trend analysis and operational data
• Distill complex analytical work into crisp, action-oriented presentations
• Support strategic improvements in customer and associate experience
• Proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus
