Cohere Health is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Payment Integrity team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on transforming healthcare claims and financial data into actionable insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency. You will partner with various teams to support strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, dashboarding, and reporting.

• Analyze healthcare datasets including claims, audit outcomes, and financial metrics
• Build analytics for provider outreach and audit lifecycle monitoring
• Perform invoice reconciliation and financial reporting accuracy checks
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports
• Create automated workflows using SQL and Python
• Ensure data governance standards and HIPAA compliance
