Realtor.com is seeking a Data Analyst to own the commercial measurement framework for their Spotlight Listings product, a key revenue driver. This role involves defining KPIs, building dashboards, modeling inventory capacity, and leading experimental design for pricing and packaging interventions. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to shape commercial decisions and drive measurable product impact.

What we are looking for

Own the measurement framework for Spotlight Listings, defining KPIs and building SSOT dashboards
Solve high-complexity marketplace problems including inventory capacity modeling and pricing optimization
Lead experimental design for pricing, packaging, and renewal interventions
Own end-to-end reporting for revenue and activation, including weekly pacing and monthly FP&A inputs
Drive data quality and pipeline integrity across all Spotlight Listing assets
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales on pricing and packaging decisions
