Data Scientist II

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Data Scientist II to join their Commerce & Growth Analytics team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on building machine learning solutions to understand, predict, and improve customer retention and engagement for WBD's streaming products. You will work on projects from research to model deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate retention challenges into data-driven solutions.

• Build machine learning systems for customer retention and engagement
• Develop churn, propensity, and LTV models
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover behavioral drivers
• Design and implement scalable ML solutions in production
• Partner with Product, Design, Commerce, Content, and Marketing teams
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Personalization
