SI&OP Data Scientist

Slate is seeking an experienced SI&OP Data Scientist to own and enhance our sales, inventory, and operations planning processes. You will leverage statistical, AI, and machine learning models to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and align production with business objectives across all Slate product lines. This role requires translating complex data into actionable insights and collaborating cross-functionally to develop robust business plans.

• Own predictive time-series, AI, and ML models for product sales forecasting
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements and conduct root-cause variance analyses
• Design models for inventory optimization and supply capacity planning
• Build scalable data pipelines and automated reporting dashboards
• Translate complex business questions into scenario analysis
• Develop and report key SI&OP performance indicators
