Business Analytics Analyst

Citi is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst to join the Model Governance team within the North America Consumer Bank. This role focuses on ensuring financial models are compliant with regulatory standards through meticulous documentation and collaboration with development, business, and validation teams. You will leverage your analytical skills and understanding of statistical concepts to maintain model integrity and contribute to process enhancements.

• Ensure regulatory-compliant documentation of financial models
• Collaborate with model developers, business partners, and validators
• Utilize statistical knowledge for model monitoring and analysis
• Work with large datasets using Python, PySpark, SQL, SAS, or R
• Experience in model risk management and financial services regulations
• Attention to detail and strong ownership of projects
