Cell Operating Sys. Team Lead

Lead a production team in manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This role involves prioritizing tasks, coaching operators, and performing technical reviews and machinery setup. You will work from various instructions and may conduct quality inspections or rework prototypes.

• Lead production teamwork process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly
• Prioritize operator use according to build schedule
• Communicate process issues and provide status updates
• Coach operators on production and problem-solving skills
• Ensure quality and safety standards are upheld
• Perform technical review and machinery setup/breakdown
