People Analytics Senior Consultant, Senior Advisor

This role is for a Senior People Analytics Consultant who will shape and deliver the employee listening strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, designing listening approaches, developing surveys, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve employee experience and connect it to business outcomes.

• Advise leaders on employee listening best practices and measurement strategies
• Design and implement enterprise, pulse, and lifecycle listening programs
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative employee feedback data
• Integrate survey data with other workforce and business data sources
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
• Leverage AI-enabled analytics tools and LLMs for data exploration and insight generation
