About this role

HP is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing Generative AI and Large Language Models team. You will develop and implement AI solutions to drive business value and innovation, working closely with commercial sales teams and business units. This role requires strong technical skills in Python, Azure services, and Databricks, along with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Define and implement AI solutions using Generative AI and LLMs
Develop innovative solutions with Data Science leaders
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Azure services (Azure ML, AI Search)
Expertise in Databricks and NLP/GenAI concepts (prompt engineering, RAG)
Experience deploying and scaling RAG systems in production
Communicate data insights and negotiate options with senior management
