Operations Analyst

Polaris is seeking an Operations Analyst to support manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining software applications, databases, and reporting tools. You will work with users to understand business requirements, connect production equipment to data networks, and create solutions for collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational information. This role requires programming, database, and visualization skills to improve data access and ensure reporting solutions are scalable and reliable.

• Support manufacturing operations through software and data solutions
• Develop and maintain software applications, databases, and dashboards
• Connect production equipment to network infrastructure for data collection
• Analyze and present operational data for decision-making
• Gather user requirements and define reporting needs
