Student Financial Planner-1

Marymount University is seeking a full-time Student Financial Planner to join their Student Financial Services team. This role serves as the primary contact for tuition and student financial inquiries, providing guidance and developing financial plans to ensure student success. The planner will interact with students via phone, email, and in-person to discuss enrollment, payment options, and financial aid.

• Provide financial guidance and develop enrollment plans
• Counsel students on payment options, financial aid, and affordability
• Maintain knowledge of state, institutional, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Registrar offices
• Perform outreach to resolve outstanding account balances
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
