Data Scientist

Inspire is seeking a Data Scientist to join their digital transformation team and build AI/ML solutions. You will analyze large datasets from various domains to drive insights and recommendations for their restaurant brands. The role involves building and automating machine learning models for personalized marketing and promotional effectiveness, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

• Analyze large datasets including customer, POS, loyalty, media, and digital engagement data
• Drive insights and recommendations for brands generating over $1 billion in annual revenue
• Build machine learning models for personalized marketing and promotional effectiveness
• Develop analytics and ML automation workflows for scalability
• Communicate business impact of work to stakeholders and marketing leadership
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
