Data Analyst (Mid-Senior level)

Sertis is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful insights and scalable BI solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to design dashboards, analyze trends, and deliver recommendations for strategic decisions. This role requires strong SQL, BI tools, and analytical skills.

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support product, operational, and strategic decisions
• Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, and reporting structures
• Partner with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and reliable reporting
