Lead Data Scientist

Lead Data Scientist to architect, build, and deploy production-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI systems. This role involves translating market data into actionable insights and AI-enabled solutions, partnering with commercial stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members. You will own the full lifecycle from model development to scalable cloud deployment and performance monitoring.

• Design, train, and optimize ML models for various use cases
• Build enterprise-grade LLM applications using RAG, MCP, and fine-tuning
• Deploy and operate ML/LLM solutions on Azure with CI/CD and monitoring
• Automate ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment
• Own analytics products, dashboards, and ensure data governance
• Partner with stakeholders to provide decision support and insights
