Medical Insights, Data Analyst Senior Manager

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analyst, Medical Insights to deliver ad hoc and exploratory analysis globally. This role partners with the Insights Platform Lead to identify and address platform gaps, offering high-visibility impact on business decisions and shaping the future of a global analytics platform.

• Deliver ad hoc and exploratory analysis answering business and scientific questions
• Partner with Insights Platform Lead to identify and close platform gaps
• Investigate and synthesize findings into decision-relevant outputs
• Test and pilot new data sources, analytical methods, and AI-enabled approaches
• Produce proof-of-concept analyses for roadmap prioritization
• Maintain documentation for data sources, definitions, and methods
