Associate Data Analyst, Marketing

Headspace is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to support the marketing team's growth initiatives. You will help build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analyses to inform daily decisions, working under the guidance of senior analysts. This role involves maintaining metrics dashboards, supporting campaign KPI definition, and assisting with anomaly detection.

• Maintain and update marketing metrics dashboards and reports
• Support defining campaign KPIs and instrumentation needs
• Assist in monitoring campaign activity and flagging anomalies
• Support experiment set-up and QA checks
• Prepare post-mortem data summaries
• Support LTV data pulls and channel-level reporting
