Data Analyst - SQL / Databricks

As a Data Analyst on our Business Intelligence team, you will transform operational and customer data into actionable reports and dashboards that drive critical business decisions. You will work directly with business teams to gather requirements, build user-friendly data assets in Databricks using SQL, and enhance data discoverability through context engineering. This role offers an opportunity to grow your analytical skills in a collaborative, business-facing environment.

• Write SQL views and build dashboards in Databricks
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders
• Perform context engineering to improve data discoverability
• Validate report accuracy and monitor data quality
• 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or BI role
• Proficiency in SQL and Databricks or a comparable cloud data platform
