Principal Data Scientist

Blink Health is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to join a senior team focused on solving critical problems in healthcare commerce. This individual contributor role involves building algorithms, models, and analytical frameworks to improve business outcomes and patient care, while also translating complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Develop deep understanding of customer and patient behavior
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate insights into product strategy
• Define product success metrics and build measurement frameworks
• Design and build AI-powered analytical tools and agentic workflows
• Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and exploratory analysis
• Mentor other data scientists and establish best practices
