Senior Lead AI Data Management Analyst

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Data Management Analyst to establish and mature enterprise AI measurement, reporting, and analytics capabilities. This role will lead the development of a centralized AI performance framework, providing leadership with visibility into AI adoption, value, and governance. The successful candidate will create a single source of truth for AI metrics to drive data-informed decisions and support enterprise AI strategy.

• Lead the development of a centralized AI performance framework

• Design and conduct complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality issues
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards for AI programs
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards monitoring AI adoption and performance
