Research Scientist

Syndio is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to join their remote team in the US. This role focuses on applying rigorous science to develop compensation intelligence and pay governance strategies. You will translate complex data and psychological science into actionable insights for products and partners, and consult directly with major client organizations.

• Lead insight strategy by building frameworks from data and psychological science
• Own the path from research to product and partner implementation
• Commercialize research into product features and go-to-market tools
• Consult with partners on applying behavioral science to improve decision-making
• Influence across research, product, and go-to-market functions
