About this role

Qualtrics is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead the Semantic Substrate Incubation team. This role involves transforming raw event logs into an intelligent graph, architecting an Identity-Anchored World Model for LLMs, and driving autonomous agentic decisions. You will work with researchers and engineers to define how AI understands the business world.
