Data Scientist

Acxiom is seeking a Data Scientist to analyze transaction, settlement, and reconciliation data for a key client. You will leverage analytical methods and business intelligence tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, reconciliation knowledge, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

• Analyze transaction, settlement, and reconciliation datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and operational risks
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational challenges
• Perform root cause analysis to determine drivers of financial discrepancies and processing issues
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations communicating financial and operational performance
• Apply statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to support operational decision-making
• Utilize SQL, Excel, and analytical tools to retrieve and analyze large datasets
