Manager, Portfolio Analytics Architect

Addepar is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Analytics Lead to manage a team of architects responsible for client data validation and conversion projects. This player/coach role involves leading team members, improving internal processes and tools, and ensuring high-quality client deliverables. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial portfolio data and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Lead a team of Portfolio Analytics Architects
• Manage end-to-end client data validation and conversion projects
• Drive improvements in internal tooling and processes
• Develop employees through performance management and career planning
• Write custom Python logic for data anomaly detection and automation
