About this role

Join MGM Resorts International as a Senior Data Scientist on our Commercial Data Science team. You will play a key role in our multi-year personalization initiative, developing and evolving AI/ML models to enhance customer engagement and drive business value across our casino resort, hospitality, and entertainment experiences. This hands-on role involves end-to-end data science contributions, from data munging to model deployment and measurement, collaborating closely with various business and technical teams.

What we are looking for

Develop and implement AI/ML models for personalization initiatives
End-to-end data science: data prep, feature engineering, modeling, deployment, and measurement
Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Customer Engagement, Product, and Engineering teams
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize corporate KPIs
5+ years of prior relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree required
