Senior Analyst, Analytics

Deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights to clients by building intelligent data platforms and complex data pipelines. You will consult on business problems, develop data strategies, and present findings to senior leaders to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

• Code custom packages, pipelines, testing & auditing frameworks using Python & SQL
• Build new algorithms using baseline, ensemble, and deep learning techniques
• Consult with clients to understand business needs and implement data-driven solutions
• Scope work-effort, develop plans, and mentor junior team members
• Support organizational efforts towards team engagement and performance management
• Drive automation of commonly occurring requests and participate in business development initiatives
