Lead Business Data Analyst

GDIT is seeking a Lead Business Data Analyst to join their Case Management Modernization (CMM) Program. This role will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on data governance, engineering, and analytics for a cloud-based solution supporting federal courts. You will lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality data products.

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and data requirements
• Develop and maintain Source-to-Target Mappings (STTMs), workflows, and data requirements documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and governance meetings
• Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support data governance coordination and partner with data engineers and architects
• Produce and maintain Agile artifacts and audit-ready documentation

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
