Data Science Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Science Associate to support Branch Banking Analytics. In this role, you will leverage data, analytics, and statistical techniques to help identify trends, improve branch staffing strategies, and support business decision-making across the retail network. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and develop analytical solutions to enhance branch productivity and customer experiences.

• Utilize data-driven, advanced analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends and build actionable insights
• Review and analyze business and operational challenges to convert data into meaningful insights
• Collaborate with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand needs and requirements
• Participate in building operationalized analytics tools and platforms
• Apply algorithms and programming knowledge to mine large datasets
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and uniformity
