People Analytics Partner

Partner with HR and business leaders to leverage workforce data for actionable insights and improved decision-making. You will deliver analytics, drive self-service adoption, and build data literacy across regional organizations in Europe, North America, and Latin America.

• Partner with People Partners and business leaders to identify analytics opportunities
• Deliver workforce insights through data analysis, storytelling, and visualization
• Act as a trusted advisor to translate insights into decisions and actions
• Drive adoption of self-service reporting and analytics products
• Facilitate training and workshops to improve data literacy
• Collaborate with Product, Data Management, and Platform teams on data quality
