As the Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI, you will drive the analytical and AI enablement for global commercial systems, focusing on creating trusted datasets and delivering AI solutions to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, measurement integrity, and responsible AI practices, ultimately impacting patient journeys through innovative healthcare solutions.

What we are looking for

Build and govern customer data assets and KPI frameworks
Develop and prototype generative AI use cases for commercial enablement
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical plans
Ensure data quality, integrity, and responsible AI practices
Provide mentorship on analytical rigor and data best practices
5+ years of analytics experience with advanced SQL and Alteryx
