Associate Data Scientist

The Hartford is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to develop analytical solutions for personal auto and home insurance lines. You will transform data into insights using predictive modeling and machine learning, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary analytics team. This role requires a Master's degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

• Create analytical solutions for pricing sophistication
• Transform large data sets into actionable business insights
• Utilize predictive modeling and machine learning techniques
• Collaborate with data engineering, performance analytics, and business intelligence teams
• Work with Python, SQL, AWS, and MLOps frameworks
• Deliver analytics support and modeling solutions using agile methodologies
