Vice President, Data Science

Burson is seeking a Vice President of Data Science to lead advanced analytics, data science, and AI initiatives for clients. This role involves driving predictive modeling, dashboarding, and AI-powered solutions to solve complex business and communications challenges. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting and client leadership skills, mentoring teams and expanding the company's analytics capabilities.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data science, predictive analytics, and data engineering engagements
• Serve as senior client counselor and strategic advisor, translating technical findings into business recommendations
• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions
• Architect scalable data pipelines, cloud-based data environments, and AI-enabled infrastructure
• Develop analytics frameworks connecting communications, marketing, and business performance data
• Oversee and mentor data scientists, engineers, and analysts, promoting best practices
