As the Director, Data Science for Decision Science & Operational Modeling, you will build and lead the statistical modeling engines that power Walmart Connect's commercial operations and business strategy. You will bring algorithmic precision to complex retail media operations, from forecasting ad delivery and pacing to optimizing workflows and modeling advertiser growth. This role involves leading a team of data scientists to drive innovation and deliver impactful business solutions.

• Architect multi-tier hierarchical forecasting models for key ad delivery metrics
• Build prescriptive market-sizing and growth models for advertisers
• Develop advanced behavioral segmentation models for brands and agencies
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists
• Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and analytical modeling
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java for code development and deployment
