HubSpot is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our Global Incentive Compensation team. In this role, you will develop incentive strategies, manage variable compensation, and analyze performance data to identify trends and drive critical business decisions. You will collaborate with executives and global teams to enhance visibility into our incentive programs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and manage variable compensation plans and incentive programs
- Analyze performance data using BI tools like Looker to provide actionable insights
- Create and deliver reports on incentive performance for individuals and teams
- Collaborate with executives, Customer Success, and Operations teams
- Track key incentive KPIs and understand performance drivers
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields
