Senior Research Data Analyst

Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Research Data Analyst to design and implement data processing and analysis pipelines for healthcare research studies. You will leverage the Komodo Healthcare Map to extract, transform, and validate large-scale healthcare data, and lead the implementation of analytical plans using statistical modeling. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of epidemiological principles.

• Architect end-to-end programming pipelines for healthcare data extraction and transformation using SQL
• Lead implementation of analytical plans with complex statistical modeling in R
• Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous documentation and Git version control
• Produce publication-ready deliverables for external clients
• Present results to cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Design standardized programming modules for research reproducibility and efficiency
