Data Scientist / Principal Investigator

CACI is seeking a Principal Investigator and Technical Leader for their AI/ML Research and Integration Team in Denver, CO. This hands-on role involves shaping research, leading teams through technical challenges, and transitioning prototypes into scalable capabilities with mission impact. Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be willing to relocate to Denver.

• Serve as Principal Investigator and technical lead for applied AI research efforts
• Identify and shape new research opportunities
• Remain hands-on: design experiments, build prototypes, troubleshoot technical issues
• Architect end-to-end AI systems
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts
• Drive transition of prototypes into secure, production-grade capabilities

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
