Northspyre is seeking a Data Journalist to analyze unique real estate development data and publish authoritative content. This hybrid role involves uncovering trends, shaping narratives, and creating long-form data reports to position Northspyre as a source of truth in the industry.

• Create two major long-form data reports per quarter
• Explore large datasets to uncover meaningful trends
• Clean and normalize unstructured data using SQL and Excel
• Write insightful content for a senior real estate audience
• Act as a journalist by sourcing perspectives through outreach and interviews
• Host webinars to present findings and engage with industry audiences
