- Define technical roadmaps and architect ML/experimentation frameworks
- Lead causal inference, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation
- Architect production-grade statistical and ML models
- Drive real-time data intelligence and time-series forecasting
- Partner with engineering on model deployment and monitoring
- Mentor senior and mid-level scientists and establish standards
