Senior Scientist, Immunoassay Development, Critical Reagents & Reference Materials

Vaxcyte is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead the development, qualification, and lifecycle management of critical reagents and reference materials for immunoassays supporting their vaccine pipeline. This role requires strong experience in monoclonal antibody generation and characterization, and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Lead development of critical reagents and reference materials for immunoassays
• Manage lifecycle of antibodies, including generation, characterization, and stability
• Develop and execute characterization strategies for antibody reagents
• Oversee outsourced activities with CROs, CDMOs, and vendors
• Ensure reliable supply, performance, and documentation of reagents
• Contribute to regulatory-supporting documentation
