Support Firmwide Relations Team and resolve system breaks
Process escalated items in core operations, including cash flows and NAV reconciliation
Communicate with clients, asset teams, and partners to reconcile discrepancies
Develop deep knowledge of client and asset-specific needs
Maintain high quality standards with supporting evidence for resolutions
Identify and escalate concerns due to insufficient or inaccurate private markets data
