Data Scientist – Agentic AI

Kyndryl is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Agentic and Generative AI initiative. This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and evolving data- and model-driven solutions for client delivery and internal operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate machine learning models and LLM-based components for real-world business use cases.

• Develop and validate machine learning models and LLM-based components
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects
• Participate in the full solution lifecycle from data exploration to continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development of agents, analytical pipelines, and decision logic
• Document solutions, experiments, and learnings
• Apply AI in real environments
