Data Analyst Lead

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be the primary analytical partner for retail leadership, translating their questions into actionable insights. You will deliver timely and accurate data analysis to support commercial performance and strategic decision-making, while also mentoring other analysts. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.

• Serve as the main point of contact for retail leadership data requests
• Translate business questions into analytical plans and executive-ready outputs
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis on retail performance and key business metrics
