Business Technical Analyst

This role bridges Enrollment Management & Student Affairs with IT to analyze business needs, improve processes, and implement technology solutions supporting student recruitment and success. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, support enterprise systems, data, reporting, and integrations.

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements
• Support implementation of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs systems
• Analyze and validate data across systems
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytical solutions
• Support system integrations and automated processes
