Internship – IT Data & Analytics (Year-Round)

Join Robert W. Baird & Co. as an IT Data & Analytics Intern in Milwaukee or Madison, WI. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world data challenges, contributing to data solutions and gaining exposure to AI capabilities. You'll work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer, collaborating with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

• Support data analytics, profiling, modeling, visualization, testing, integration, and delivery
• Participate in team stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings
• Gain exposure to critical business data problems and AI capabilities
• Pursuing a degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, or related field
• Experience with SQL, SSIS, Python, Snowflake, Fabric, and cloud data AI tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
