Senior Insights Analyst, Station Analytics

NPR is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to lead the development and launch of a new station analytics service. This role involves building insights programming, fostering consultative partnerships with member stations, and equipping them with data to engage digital audiences. You will act as an advocate for station partners and local audiences within NPR.

• Lead and own the station-facing insights service
• Develop expertise on station audiences and analytics needs
• Conduct monthly webinars and create newsletters for stations
• Build and sustain consultative relationships with stations
• Oversee data collection processes and standards
• Train non-technical audiences on analytics tools and dashboards
