About this role
Lead a team responsible for enterprise reporting and performance insights within PNC's Enterprise Change Office. You will own the intake, prioritization, planning, and execution oversight of the team's reporting portfolio, partnering with business leaders to manage demand and improve delivery processes. This role is key to implementing the analytics organization's operating model and advancing reporting capabilities for strategic decision-making.

- Lead a team designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions
- Establish and manage reporting intake, demand management, and prioritization processes
- Oversee the reporting portfolio roadmap and project delivery
- Partner with business leaders to manage demand and improve reporting processes
- Develop team members through coaching and career planning
- Experience with visual analytics tools like PowerBI or Tableau
