Data Science Engineer

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their AI Platform Team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on building foundational AI capabilities for their digital work platform, leveraging machine learning and data science to solve complex business problems and drive advancements in AI/ML. You will lead the design and development of AI/ML models, operationalize them in a cloud-scale environment, and contribute to shaping the future of work through advanced analytics.

• Lead design and development of advanced data science and machine learning models
• Develop AI/ML solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and AI Agents
• Work with engineers to implement scalable machine learning pipelines
• Optimize ML models and pipelines for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into platform features
• Deploy, monitor, and improve AI/ML solutions in production environments
