Senior Principal Scientist, Quantitative Biosciences

Lead the mass spectrometry-enabled discovery efforts within the Quantitative Biosciences group, providing scientific and strategic leadership. You will shape the application of mass spectrometry and quantitative pharmacology across discovery programs, strengthen experimental decision-making, and advance high-impact science.

• Lead Boston mass spectrometry group supporting in vitro and in vivo pharmacology
• Shape strategy for mass spectrometry-enabled assay development and quantitative pharmacology
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute mass spectrometry-based assays
• Provide scientific guidance to bench scientists and project teams
• Mentor and develop scientists
• Communicate effectively and influence decisions across organizational boundaries
