As a Business Intelligence Analyst at CLEAResult, you will be instrumental in shaping the analytics and reporting for our Online Home Energy Assessment and Online Marketplace platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor platform performance, ensure data accuracy, and translate complex business questions into actionable insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive improvements in customer interactions and program effectiveness within the energy efficiency sector.
What we are looking for 6
- Partner with program, marketing, and IT stakeholders on data and reporting needs
- Monitor and analyze platform transactions and user behavior
- Create Power BI reports and dashboards for management
- Conduct ad hoc queries and analysis for program and marketing teams
- Manage data quality and integrity of marketplace and program systems
- Design and lead UAT for system changes
