What we are looking for

Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards
Develop and optimize Workday BIRT reports for HR, payroll, and workforce analytics
Build and support reporting/data pipelines in Power BI
Leverage AI-assisted tools like Copilot for report development
Translate business requests into clear reporting requirements
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
